We design and build SDA Housing with you, for you. No other providers offer this - it's one of the things that makes SDA BOOTS PNP Group different.

Our Story

PNP Group are a leading Australian, multi-award winning, family-owned business that provides bespoke building and construction solutions and management.

Founded in 2014 by Eva and Marcus Pavlakis, PNP Group originally began as a compliance-focused business, supporting organisations with auditing, conformance and sector-specific quality assurance, particularly in aged care and disabilities services.

In 2019, recognising a significant gap in the delivery and quality of modifications and accessible housing, PNP Constructions was launched to offer purpose-built solutions in Complex Home Modifications and, later, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). From its inception, the construction division was guided by Marcus’s extensive building experience, Eva’s engineering expertise and the couple’s shared compliance background, ensuring every project met clients’ needs and expectations in addition to clinical and regulatory requirements.

We believe in a world where accessibility is without limits. We believe every home should reflect the personality and lifestyle of its occupants… which is why our designs go beyond standard blueprints and include participant involvement.

The modelling for our program began to take shape in 2023. The purpose: to offer end to end housing solutions in which both investors and participants would benefit. The final step, the establishment of PNP Property & Investments took place in 2025.

Building on the compliance, certification, and construction expertise of the broader PNP Group, PNP Property is focused on reshaping the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) market into Specialist Designed Accommodation. Through this vision, SDA B.O.O.T.S™ was born - a bespoke, participant-centred program delivering fully accessible, luxury properties with multi class building certification classifications that embrace universal designs and methodology.

The design process includes participant input to ensure that the homes meet individual short and long-term care while conforming to safety and compliance standards. The PNP Property Groups ongoing maintenance for the assets, under its Property Division ensure the asset quality and value is preserved and maintained. The group also values partnerships with local businesses and not-for-profits in the Disabilities sector for maintenance work, reflecting their commitment to social responsibility.

Our Vision Comes To Life

Meet the Co-founders

Marcus Pavlakis

Marcus is the Co-Founder of PNP Group and Projects Director of PNP Constructions, bringing over 30 years’ experience in the building, construction, and civil industries. He provides strategic leadership across all areas of project delivery, operations, and risk management, guiding the PNP team to achieve quality outcomes across complex construction and compliance projects.

With a strong business mindset shaped by his family’s commitment to innovation, Marcus has delivered a wide range of projects, from major infrastructure and civil works to bespoke residential developments.

His career highlights include leading the resolution and delivery of a large-scale residential litigation and defect project, overseeing both the legal and construction phases of the rectification works. Under his leadership, the project (guiding the owners corporation with its litigation case) was successfully completed with significant asset value uplift (48%) for the owners.

Importantly, the sale and rental return value increased by 100% and the property rentals of 24 apartments were occupied with 60 days of completion.

Giving Back

Marcus Pavlakis, Adam Hain, Ebony Lane, Yanni Pavlakis, Chantel Plum, Ryley Batt OAM and Eva Pavlakis at Apollo Apartments Open House Mat 2024

Despite our growing profile, we stay grounded in local communities. We support community groups by partnering with local sporting clubs and endorsing athletes at all levels. The Apollo Apartments development stands not just as a high-standard property, but is symbolic of a broader vision - where housing meets dignity, choice, and social impact.

Our recent $10,000 donation for the Paralympians bound for Milan in 2026 is just one of the ways our efforts align with a larger national effort for accessibility for everyone.

The pledge is not a one-off gesture; it’s a continuing commitment of support. For every property we design and build, the Pavlakis Family will commit $10,000 to Paralympics Australia or other local community organisations that align with our purpose and values.

Our partnership with Olympic Sprinter, Ebony Lane, further demonstrates our belief in delivering purpose driven work, leading with integrity, and creating safe, supportive environments. We are proud to support Ebony as she prepares to represent Australia on the world stage.

At PNP Group, we work alongside people of all ages, living with physical disabilities and mental health challenges. We see firsthand the resilience & determination required to face everyday life. Ebony’s commitment to supporting mind, body, and wellbeing, way beyond athletic performance, aligns strongly with our values and people we work with.

Giving back has also been a part of our DNA. Since 2018, we’ve proudly supported the Children’s Cancer Institute through initiatives like CEO Dare to Cure and 86K for a Cure, funding vital research to move closer to a world where zero children die from cancer. As a company, we stand alongside local communities by sponsoring schools, events, and emerging athletes – from backing our local softball stars to supporting International Women’s Day galas.

Eva is a strong advocate for women in STEM, committed to creating opportunities and encouraging the next generation of women to thrive in science, technology, engineering, and construction. Whether it’s fighting childhood cancer, empowering Paralympians, uplifting local talent, or advocating for women in STEM, our goal remains the same: to build a world where everyone has the chance to thrive.

Our impact goes way beyond housing. The true story isn’t constrained by property walls. It’s about building environments where people and dreams take flight.
